"Do you think that this IS the best for Emily?"

"I KNOW this is THE best option for Emily. With all her step brothers and sisters trying t
claw their way into our family. No Fucking way I'm letting them touch what belongs to us!"

"Hmmm... it's their right to the fortune too ya know?"

"Damn right I know! But her share is the largest and once my good old husband is 6 feet below,
the money's all mine"

"You're insane. Thoose lawyers are gonna call Emily forward you know? Read her the will and all.. you sugar ain't getting a single cent. The bloody bastard made sure none of his wives get any"

"Hahahah.. we'll see about that!" she gave him a small peck on the cheek and hit the showers.

He lied in bed admiring her naked body as she walked into the showers. She might be in her
fourties but this woman sure knows how to make a man happy. His reached out for the tv remote and tuned into the Disney Channel. He's still a little boy inside.

"Good Morning, I'm here to see Dr. Tan?"

Emily said uncomfortably. This was her 3rd appointment with the shrink and she didn't like any one of them. The office was big and comfortable. Corn coloured walls with Japanese themed furniture, Emily felt uncomfortable. She's not used to such sophistication. She grew up in a rough and tough environment where sofas were a luxury. The water fountain by the entrance was supposed to give a relaxing mood according to Dr.Tan's secretary. The sound of water flowing is supposed to be relaxing, Emily hated the sound of water. Brings back an ugly childhood memory. Everything about Dr.Tan's office went against Emily, but who's she to judge. Her trail of thought were broken when the secretary called Emily into the room.

"Miss Kim, Dr.Tan is ready for you now"

"Thank you" Emily smiled and walked in

"Ahhh, Good Morning Emily! Nice to see you once again. Sit please"

"Morning.." Emily said bluntly

"Why the long face? We have 2 hours to kill. Water?"

"Yeah, okay. You do know I hate shrinks right?"

"Yes, you've made that very clear from the begining. But still, it's part of the deal"

"Blehhh, I know. Stupid hospitals. Anyway, let's just get this over with"

"Hahahah, alright.. today I hope to touch on your childhood"

"What has that got to do with me collapsing?"

"It's actually part of the regime. We're suppose to run a spiritual detox programme"

"Just a fancy word for digging out shit from people's past"

"Now, don't you wanna know why you've got that scar? and why certain parts of you memory is blacked out?"

Emily touched her scar, she pondered and gave a slight nod.

"Now, let us begin"
